diy time

November 26, 2008

The weekend has come for me to finally attempt to make a pair of drop crotch pants.  I got some kickass fabric that I spent a little too much on…it seems that I think Mood is the only fabric store I can go to (I blame Project Runway and Michael Levine for being downtown…ugh) and DVF just so happens to make the perfect heavyweight jersey in black.  If these pants don’t work out, something else needs to be made with this. I refuse to waste my money It’s that good.

Wish me luck.

My blog’s new home is up; you should go there.

I had to break myself from the Mood trap as well, not that it’s a bad thing but you have to change it up a bit right?…

I am interested to hear what other stores you like in Manhattan.
